The story behind Casa W
The idea behind Casa W is to create a magical universe in the tension between the simple Scandinavian style and the "bohemian" style. The products are made by local artisans - many of them women - in Morocco, India and Bali. Casa W supports responsible production by focusing on the use of local materials and at the same time respecting local traditions and production methods.
Casa W is also very much in favor of consumption with consideration, as a way to a more sustainable future.
In addition to the beautiful expression, the charm of handmade products is that they are unique, carefully selected for their quality and durability and often in limited editions. This helps to reduce waste and overproduction.

Does Casa W also have a physical store/retailers?
Casa W does not have dealers but a showroom in Skødstrup near Aarhus where everyone is very welcome. Please call or write – I will be happy to open the doors. I
also tries to stay open every Thursday afternoon. See the specific

Why is there often only one product in each color/design?
All Casa W products are unique or come in 'limited edition'. This means that there is often only one variant in each color/pattern/design – for example the popular pillowcases in cactus silk. Please reach out if you would like input on which products go well together in color/style.
Is it possible to see the rugs (and other products) before I buy them?
You are always very welcome in the Casa W showroom if you live nearby.
Aarhus. I also like to hold video consultations where I can show off carpets and other products. Finally, it is possible to borrow carpets etc. to take home if you would like to try out different options before you decide.
How long should I expect delivery time?
Casa W ships orders almost every day, so expect to receive your package within 2-
4 weekdays in Denmark. Shipments to Norway take approx. 5-7 working days while others
countries in the EU is 4-5 working days.
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return part or all of your order, this is possible within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will find a link to the returns portal at the bottom of the webshop.
Returns in Denmark cost DKK 39 which is deducted from the return amount before it is sent back to you. Casa W aims to send the money back the same day the returned goods are received by us.
For customers in Norway: send me an email at info@casaw.dk and I will send you a return label by email. It costs DKK 100 to return an order, which will be offset against the return amount.
For customers in the EU - please also use the returns portal at the bottom of the page. The price is DKK100, which will be deducted from the return amount.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can. In practice, however, you have to make a new order for the new product - and then
return the item you do not want to keep. The amount for the 'old' item (minus DKK 39 in Denmark, DKK 100 in Norway and DKK 100 in the EU)) is returned to your account on the same day as
