Application area
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Casa W ApS (“Casa W”) and you as a consumer when you place an order via www.casaw.dk

Payment
There is no fee for payment by credit card at Casa W. All fees associated with payment with VISA, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, VISA Electron & MobilePay at CasaW.dk are paid by Casa W.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped from the Casa W warehouse. A larger amount can never be charged than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

All prices listed on CasaW.dk include VAT.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly payment on the last business day of the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.

Delivery
Delivery is always free for purchases over 499.00 DKK if you choose delivery to the nearest parcel box (except for items over 20 kg/pieces that can only be delivered privately and by Post Nord). A surcharge of 79.00 DKK is charged for home delivery (delivery directly to your home with both GLS and Post Nord). Delivery for orders under 499.00 DKK costs 39.00 DKK to the nearest parcel box or 79.00 DKK for home delivery (delivery directly to your home). Delivery is made with GLS or Post Nord directly to your desired delivery address and we strive for delivery within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. Casa W reserves the right to send the order partially or in full. Delivery is considered to have taken place when the item has come into your possession.

Shipments to Norway: Casa W is VOEC registered (number 3005313). Please note that shipments may take 5-10 days to arrive.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on all items when you shop at CasaW.dk. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving your order after first contacting Casa W at info@casaw.dk.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept the goods without clearly informing us of this. If you refuse to accept your order or do not collect your package from the designated collection point without clearly informing us of this, we reserve the right to deduct our total shipping costs when we credit your order.

Return/exchange
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt of your order. Casa W is not obliged to take back or exchange your goods if the deadline has not been met. Casa W will deduct the direct shipping costs in connection with returning the goods when you use the return label (return drop-off) that was sent to your e-mail address. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You bear the risk of the goods from the time you receive them until the goods are delivered back to Casa W, who will acknowledge the transfer.

You are solely responsible if the package does not reach us. A receipt for a letter shipment is not valid documentation of the shipment of the package. Casa W is not responsible for replacing items that do not reach us, therefore it is important that the package is sent insured and that it can be tracked. If one of the possible drop-off locations (delivery locations) refuses to accept the prepaid return label, you must contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. The goods must be returned without strong smells of perfume, detergent/fabric softener, tobacco smoke and the like. In that case, we reserve the right to settle for any deterioration in value, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value, so to be sure to receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in the original packaging.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you use your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the return of the package yourself. As a service, we offer an insured return label from GLS. The price for this service is DKK 39 per label (with the exception of larger products that cannot be sent with GLS, such as carpets and furniture. Here, the price for the return is agreed individually by email with us and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. We will make a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We cannot make a refund to a third party (a person other than the original buyer), even if this is a gift.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

What should I send back?
You may attach a copy of the order confirmation and you must fill out the return form that you will find at the bottom of the webshop (link to return portal). We neither accept packages without delivery (unless agreed in advance) nor packages sent by cash on delivery.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)
The Danish Sales Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods, and when you shop at CasaW.dk you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other harmful behavior with the product.

How quickly should I advertise?
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will pay the shipping costs in connection with the complaint by sending you a return label as a PDF via email. If you choose to send a complaint back yourself without contacting us and using a different shipping method, we will cover your “reasonable” shipping costs.

When you return the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. This is not a requirement, but it will facilitate our processing and minimize the processing time for the complaint.

You must send the item as a package, so that it is insured and traceable, if you choose to return the package using a shipping method other than the one we offer. We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that it reaches Casa W.

Casa W is not responsible for replacing items for complaints that do not arrive, therefore it is important that the package is sent insured and that it can be tracked. Always contact us if you are in doubt about which type of shipment to choose. Remember that the item must always be sent back to us properly packaged.

Items in the shop
The function, structure and expression of the products for the individual model must meet the requirements set by the manufacturer during quality checks at the factories, but please be aware that from production to production there may be minor changes in color, logo, material, etc. This may be because the manufacturer has made a minor improvement, that it was no longer possible to use the same material or the like.

Disclaimer
In addition to the above-mentioned right of withdrawal and right of complaint, Casa W assumes no liability for the delivered goods. Casa W is only liable for damage caused by the delivered goods if it can be proven that the damage is due to an error committed by Casa W. Casa W is not liable for damage caused directly or indirectly by third parties.

Various links provided to other websites on Casa W's website are beyond Casa W's control, which is why Casa W can in no way be held responsible for the content on the pages in question.

Force Majeure
Casa W is not liable for failure or delay in performance of agreements due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, riots, civil commotion, intervention by public authorities, strikes, lockouts, import and export bans, labor shortages or any other cause beyond Casa W's control that could delay or prevent the delivery of a product. In such cases, delivery will be postponed for a period corresponding to the duration of the obstacle, and delivery by the postponed delivery time will be deemed timely in all respects.

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)
In order for you to purchase products and thereby enter into an agreement with us at CasaW.dk, we need the following information:

– Email address

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Casa W and stored for a maximum of five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Only the employees at Casa W have access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information provided to Casa W is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered user of Casa W, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Casa W as soon as possible. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaints Resolution, provided that the conditions for this are met:
