These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Casa W ApS (“Casa W”) and you as a consumer when you place an order via

There is no fee for payment by payment card at Casa W. All fees associated with payment with VISA, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, VISA Electron & MobilePay at are paid by Casa W.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from the Casa W warehouse. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

All prices listed on include VAT.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

Delivery is always free for purchases over DKK 499.00 if you choose delivery to the nearest parcel box (except for goods over 20 kg/unit which can only be delivered privately and by Post Nord). A supplement of DKK 79.00 is charged for home delivery (delivery directly to your residence with both GLS and Post Nord). Delivery for orders under DKK 499.00 costs DKK 39.00 to the nearest parcel box or DKK 79.00 for home delivery (delivery directly to your residence). Delivery takes place with GLS or Post Nord directly to your desired delivery address and we endeavor to deliver within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Casa W reserves the right to send the order partially or in total. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods have come into your possession.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have a 30-day right of cancellation on all items when you shop at The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving your order after first contacting Casa W at

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. In the event that you refuse to accept your order, or do not collect your package at the selected collection point, without clearly notifying us of this, we reserve the right to deduct our total cost in connection with shipping when we credit your order .

You must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your order. Casa W is not obliged to take back or exchange your item if the deadline is not met. Casa W deducts the direct shipping costs in connection with returning the item when you use the return label (return drop-off) that was sent to your e-mail address. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the item from the time you receive it until the item is returned to Casa W, who acknowledges the handover.

You are solely responsible if the package does not reach us. A receipt for a letter shipment is not valid documentation for the shipment of the package. Casa W is not responsible for replacing goods that do not reach us, therefore it is important that the package is sent insured and that it can be tracked. If one of the possible drop-off locations (drop-off locations) refuses to accept the prepaid return label, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. The item must be returned without strong smells of perfume, washing/rinse detergent, tobacco smoke and the like. In that case, we reserve the right to settle for any depreciation, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in the original packaging.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you use your right of cancellation, you must pay for the package to be returned yourself. As a service, we offer an insured return label from GLS. The price for this service is DKK 39 per label (with the exception of larger products that cannot be sent with GLS, for example carpets and furniture. Here the price for the return is agreed individually per email with us and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. We will make a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise We cannot process a refund to a 3rd party (a person other than the original buyer), even if this is a gift.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation and you must complete the return/exchange form with a clear message that you either wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or that you wish to exchange. We do not accept parcels without delivery (unless agreed in advance) or parcels sent by cash on delivery.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)
The Purchase Act's defect rules can be applied to product purchases, and when you shop at you of course have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other damage-causing behavior with the product.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We pay the freight in connection with the complaint by sending you a return label as a pdf via e-mail. If you choose to send a complaint back without contacting us and using another shipping method, we will cover your "reasonable" shipping costs.

We need the following information when you return the item to us

When returning the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

You must send the item as a package so that it is insured and can be tracked if you choose to send the package back with a different shipping method than the one we offer. We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery. You yourself are responsible for it reaching Casa W.

Casa W is not responsible for replacing goods for complaints that do not arrive, therefore it is important that the package is sent insured and that it can be tracked. Always contact us if you are in doubt about which type of shipment to choose. Remember that the item must always be sent back to us properly packaged.

Items in the shop
The function, structure and expression of the products for the individual model must meet the requirements set by the manufacturer during quality checks at the factories, but be aware that from production to production there may be minor changes in color, logo, material, etc. This may be due to the manufacturer has made a minor improvement that it was no longer possible to use the same material or similar.

Apart from the aforementioned right of withdrawal and right of complaint, Casa W assumes no responsibility for the delivered product. Casa W is solely responsible for damage caused by the delivered product, if it can be proven that the damage is due to mistakes made by Casa W. Casa W is not responsible for damage caused directly or indirectly by third parties.

Force Majeure
Casa W is not responsible for non-fulfilment or delayed performance of agreements due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, riot, civil unrest, government intervention, strike, lockout, import and export ban, labor shortage or any other cause , which are beyond Casa W's control and which could delay or prevent the delivery of an item. In such cases, the delivery is postponed for a period of time corresponding to the duration of the obstacle, and the delivery to the postponed delivery time is considered timely in all respects.
