This Azilal runner has a good size that fits in many places. The colors are light with a pattern in the most delicious shades of brown.



Further information

The vintage carpets are handwoven in the middle Atlas Mountains in Morocco - and typically come from the Beni MQuild, Boujaad, Azilal or Beni Ourain/Mamousha tribes. The rugs are made from 100 percent sheep's wool that is naturally dyed and the beauty of the rugs is the color combination - a palette of muted shades that have faded over time. The rugs are full of beautiful shapes and symbolism. Each individual rug tells its own story, based on a strong tribal tradition and the weaver's story.

It is important to point out that since these carpets are often vintage and perhaps more than 50 years old, they will also bear the mark accordingly. There may be small holes or stains.
